Board Moderation

If any clan requests some sort of board moderation:

1. Adding/Removing Moderators: $2,000,000 per addition or removal.

2. Custom thread prefix addition/removal: $2,500,000 per addition, $1,000,000 per removal.

3. Custom clan user titles: $10,000,000 per player given title.

4. Custom HTML clan description: $25,000,000.

5. All other moderation will be negotiated.

Adds custom HTML description for clan boards.

It's expensive because it's an appearance change within the forums themselves.

It must be aesthetically appealing to be added, I'll obviously test out different styles for you. The size will be no larger than 13px.
